Purchased an order, paid with Apple Pay, it doesn’t show in the app. The app basically steals your money, and the support is not helpful.

How you updated your app, it’s very bad and it doesn’t work at all. Previous account is deleted. When you want to create new one, once you get your otp code to verify phone number, it says it’s invalid. You should work on your app more.

The food is amazing: tasty, good portion and it always arrives warm. The problem is the app, there seems to be a glitch in their system as a few times after I successfully paid for my order, a few minutes later upon checking on the status of the same, it says server error and I believed that my order was not placed. In fact, it’s just an error as when I checked with them the order was being prepared. Also, the app is not updated in real time since I once asked if my food was still being prepared after one hr of placing my order (as it was showing on the app) but they confirmed that it was already on the way. I would definitely recommend this restaurant specially if you are a cevapi lover, and I would really appreciate if they could improve their app for a better client’s experience.

in dubai mall branch the service was terrible and the women that worked there gave me dirty looks, and when i ordered from the app it took about an hour and a half for just one sandwich and some sauce
