Boston Bikes is a simple and easy-to-use App that helps you locate the closest Hubway™ docking station. With one tap you can find the closest Hubway station, how far away it is and in which direction, and how many available bikes and docks it currently has.
Find out how many available docks there are at your destination easily with the full-map mode. You can even set a ride timer to help track your Hubway rental and prevent late fees.

Terrible system with blue
Too many blue bikes at stations that is allowing more overtime fees across Boston proper. Rode my bike for 45 minutes and had dock the bike in Cambridge!!
Simply doesn’t work
Endless loading, no map. Ended up at 4 full docks because of it.
Basic functionality good but not much more
Missing capability to search for a bike not where you are, major missing functionality. Also would like to be able to plan a ride.
Minimal but Awesome
Great app. Minimal but functional. Has key Bike-Dock avail info in close to real time.
Outdated app, may slow down your phone
Warning message about it may slow down your phone. Please update.
Good app but no need for constant locator
Has worked fine for me but I was concerned that this is always on locator service. No need for this and I don't remember terms changing. Give us "when using" option!
Location services when not using app
This is BS. An app like this that tracks location when not using the app is garbage. There is no need for that.
Mostly wrong
Dock availability is often inaccurate causing you to think it's one dock open and it's actually broken. Fix these bugs as its the entire reason why people use the app, duh!
Dock it
Love the app. Easy to find open docks, which can be the bane of renting.
