Your app doesn’t work you can’t put in credit card information you can’t pay for an order. Everything always comes back as an error has occurred why even offer the app if you don’t support it by writing new software

App no longer works properly. I lost all my points. Customer service was no helpful. They need new media group to make it work again or this ship/restaurant will sink fast and become a lost memory.
Locations are closing quickly all over the country, and the 3 in my county have been closed for a couple/few months now but the app shows them as being open. With all of financial troubles it is having, I would guess one of the things that Boston Market is foregoing is keeping their app up to date. Bye bye Boston Market :-(
1. Lost all reward points without notice 2. Unable to log in, always an error 3. Unable to create new login even with different email address 4. Customer service took weeks to respond and did not respond when I ask again why all my reward points can no longer be redeemed as of May 2023 without informing customers 5. Request of password reset does not work 6. Why there is no more meatloaf?
Can’t order online even as a guest my account was locked or frozen , years of loyalty down the drain as my rewards points are gone , screw this company
It will not let me sign in ever. It says “try again later”.
Every time I try to place an order, I get a message saying “ no or invalid authentication was provided with the request”. App is so useless I stopped ordering from boston market because what’s the point. Fix this ASAP
I have noticed that the app is not working. I have reward points and now I can’t use them.
Not happy with this app as of late. I used to receive discounted coupons for meals and the such and haven’t do so in a couple of years. Also none of the locations use cup holders anymore. It’s tough when you buy 2 or more meals with drinks and there’s no place to hold the drinks. Can’t tell you how many times they’ve spilled in the car! I’ve inquired in the store and no one knows. I’ve emailed corporate and they never respond. It’s sad because the food is delicious and nutritious. Hope it changes; any suggestions??
The app is easy to use in terms of adding items to your cart. However, more than half the time I’ve tried to place an order, I get an error message. I’ve tried everything from re-entering my credit card, logging off and logging back on, deleting and redownloading the app, and nothing removes the error message. It’s frustrating when you get everyone’s order and enter the payment information, but right before placing the order, there’s an error. I end up having to go in person or place it on the website all over again. It also prevents me from collecting points when I do this.
