They really ought to change that first star to a poo emoji. Had this fecality on my device for months now and it has never failed to disappoint at a regressively deeper level each and every time. So yeah, I think we’re done here.

This is a nightmare. Constantly expiring your password, IF it evens remembers your password. Acting like you have $1000s in your account. Plus, the scanner at the depot has issues reading your “card” QR code. Use the website.

I took two completely full bags in and I got credited $2.00 for one bag. Ridiculous! I know for a fact there was more than $2 in it. And how do my bags suddenly go from over $7 a bag to $4 and $2 a bag I’ll let yall be the judge of that.

The app worked for me most of the time, but the annoying bug that logs me off after a certain amount of time still persists, requiring me to type my password to log back in.

The QR codes on the bags are barely scannable. You should add the option to manually enter the printed number under the QR code to pair the bag when unable to scan. If you forget to pair your bag before filling it, good luck adding it to your account.

Terrible app. Order a physical card and avoid this mess.

It doesn’t work when you need it to work. Unable to check balance, because for no reason, they expire your password, so you can’t log in, and they want to force you to change it. Makes it useless. My online banking apps doesn’t even require this. Not worth it, uninstalling. Maybe they will come up with a usable app in the future. UPDATE: go to their website, edit your account to send notifications, and this app is no longer needed!

Scanning feature doesn't work on bags. Tried reinstalling multiple times. And multiple bags. The system doesn't work if you can't scan the bags to drop your items off

If I could give negative stars I would.

I have filled up all the info required and it showed they cannot approve my registration at the end which have wasted my time and my personal information.
