After days trying to reset the app, it’s stopped working again. I deleted the app, and reinstalled but no have no way of linking the app to my account. The help guide states to scan the QR code but there’s no QR code to scan, and nowhere on the site to request help.
Terrible, crashes on launch has been this way for awhile with no fix
No way to rename sites
Once you more than 3 sites that need logins you have a job the remember which code generated relates to the site you are logging in to. This app needs a Friendly Name or Site Name you are using each code for. So you know what site each code is for. It could be a name you choose eg NatWest, Ebay. I am told the Google authentication app gives you this feature, so I am going to have to change. Very poorly thought out app.
Followed instructions and appeared to work but failed. Deleted the app on advice of the help desk and now cannot get the app. Frustrating and inadequate
