Boudin Bakery - Order, Rewards

Got a new phone and the app won't let me login. When I try to reset my password, it says I can't. When I try to create a new account, it says the email is used. When I try to contact someone, they ignore me. I guess they just don't want my business. I'm happy to oblige.

Adding items to your cart is straightforward, but the payment process is cumbersome. The site lacks Apple Pay support and prohibits pasting credit card numbers.

Not sure what happened here but I’m getting a launch crash. Even after deleting and reinstalling it’s crashing immediately.

The app works well would just like for the ability to redeem rewards, it always says it’s not able to do it even when i have rewards available.

Order took over an hour & a half to be delivered. Soup was cold & bland. Terribly disappointed.

My first time using app and ever visiting Boudin. Did not receive two of the items that I ordered. I called the store and left a VM and also wrote them through their app. I have never heard from them to rectify the situation. Too bad because the food that I did receive was very good but I’m not willing to be paying for things and not receive them. Bad first impression Boudin.

After updating to IOS 16.4.1 (a) app will not open at all on iPhone X. Tried reinstalling and still won’t open. Please fix that issue.

The app stopped working since the iOS update a few months ago. Once u open the app it pops up on screen and went away almost immediately. Latest app update as 7 months ago. Can the tech team look into this? Very annoying as I have to go to the webpage to look up everything now.

Honestly, the app could be tremendous but it would not matter when the employees always screw up the order. I have had to remind them that a sourdough roll comes with salad on many occasions. The final straw was the zero chicken on a chicken Caesar salad. I’ll go to Panera.

The menu loads categories, but when you select a category it falls apart. Clearly broken.
