On the laptop at my business, Boulevard is wonderful. As a small business owner trying to keep tab’s on what’s happening, the app is just not good. Now that I have a new phone, as another reviewer mentioned, I can’t even get the app working. It’s extremely frustrating.
Looking at your schedule now it’s messy, impossible to click on the correct clients. If you are trying to block or book in the app you aren’t able to click on open times because it will bring you into the clients who is booked before that time, no matter where you tap. I don’t know why they would update it to look like Korvue from the early 2000’s.
Since I got the new iPhone 15 a month ago I have done everything to try to get back into the app. I’ve deleted and restored the app so many times over, talked to customer support, the owner of the salon has contacted customer support… there just seems to be no solution. It worked perfect on my 11 so I’m assuming the technology just isn’t up to date. I’m putting 3 stars because it did actually used to work.
This app has had so many issues but now, it’s worse than before. This latest update is pretty bad. We’re about to change to a different service. Sorry guys, y’all need to stop charging so much if you aren’t going to deliver.
New layout for the display is so UGLY!! Why was it changed? It’s so hard to distinguish between appointments. Such a DOWNGRADE!!! BOOOOOOO!!!!
I should’ve listened to the reviews. Switching to blvd has been a nightmare!!! Nothing works the way ot should. The only constant is it’s inconsistency. They are not worth what they charge and they don’t have any live customer for the amount of issues they have with this system. If you’re considering switching to this app Don’t!!!! You will regret it!!!!
There’s no customer service. They were so kind during the trial period and once they received my money they were no where to be found. I was reluctant to get with them because they were new to the medical aesthetic community. I was currently with Aesthetic Record and Boulevard stated their charting system was soon to be released. I agreed to move forward with them on the contingency of the medical charting component. The charting system was launched and not only was it terrible, they wanted to charge me extra a month to use the photo section, as if the $5000 they got from me wasn’t enough. Their processing fees are nearly 3%. I’ve reached out to them countless times through email as that is the only way they communicate and no one responds back to me. Please beware of this company as I don’t want you to suffer the same loss as my company has.
The newest update for the mobile app scrambled my schedule, making the app completely useless!!
Need this app for work and it doesn't even let me log in. Stays on their log in page and doesn't load anything!
