Friendly service - almost a bit casual
First time using the service and all went well but was a little nervous when the store provider said to just ‘leave bags there’ - in the middle of a busy convenience store while he was busy with other customers. I waited and insisted on helping him with moving bags ‘out the back’ so I knew they were out of sight from usual customers. All went smoothly and our bags were safe when we picked them up.
Close to port, easy service
Would recommend!
Easy process
No hassle storing our bags here, staff speak good English and it took just a couple of minutes on drop off and pick up.

Good storage - great restaurant!
Process was very straight forward and staff were excellent. Bags are tucked in a back corner in restaurant and not a back/locked room. The restaurant itself was fabulous - really enjoyed the food!
Great option
Super clean, super safe and with very nice staff. Easy parking outside if you need to be dropped off here. Would recommend!
Bounce Holiday Inn
Hi Mandy The Holiday Inn Fitzrovia was excellent as you just book into the hotel reservations desk, and the staff are skilled at dealing with tired travelers. It was a very convenient location for us as we were staying in an apartment in Fitzroy St which we had to vacate by 10 am. Our pick up for our long haul flights was not until 4 pm so Bounce was a very convenient solution to what we thought was going to be a very niggly problem. Best wishes Pauline Ray
