Scammed me 113 dollars for something I didn’t even get a chance to pick up
Do not use this. I tried them for an expensive item and after UPS delivered it, both the actual location drop off point and Bounce customer service had no answer for where my package went after about 36 hours. The customer service is also awful - they advertise an “under 4 minutes response time” on their chat service, but after trying two separate times on two separate browsers there was never a response. Had to go to e-mail to get a response, but there has been nothing about my missing package. I unfortunately already have a second item heading there way, and I’m desperately trying to cancel it or change the shipping address to a better service.
they will do absolutely nothing to help you when your packages aren’t delivered or stolen. And to be very clear, the carrier tried to deliver to the bounce location MULTIPLE times but they just weren’t open. No notice and no further explanation of when they would reopen. 30+ days later I am still trying to get my package with no help cause bounce claims they hold no responsibility
When I went to pick up my package at the receiving facility, a family-run deli, I was told that they had ended their contract because Bounce never paid them. My package was sent away and is now lost. We’ll see if Bounce bothers to respond to my claim but I would have been better off just having it delivered on the street in NYC. What’s worse, apparently Bounce doesn’t honor their contracts with small businesses.
I sent seven packages to the address that they told me to use. Not one package was accepted at this address (well 2 packages said they were actually delivered but the location states they don’t have them) and Bounce could not support at all. All the packages are missing, and as I am traveling in Italy and do not speak Italian I cannot communicate with the shipping companies. This has been a total nightmare and has ruined my trip. Bounce refuses to accept any responsibility and their customer service hours are limited during Eastern standard time, which is ridiculous considering they operate in multiple time zones. It seems that they only have two customer service representatives in total, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put off by the customer service. Use this company at your own risk - I have over €2,000 of goods missing thanks to this company and their total lack of support and critical thinking skills.
Their Service helped me with a reliable location for all my storage needs, when I was on the move. The 24/7 support helped immensely to answer all my concerns. Overall, they made relocating without an address possible and super easy! Trust them for your upcoming move.
Was really excited to find this service a few months ago after several packages went missing from my doorstep. I have a pickup location less than a mile from my house. It’s been really easy to pick up my packages and fairly affordable. I don’t use it for all packages - just the more expensive stuff. Very cool to finally have an app for this!
