tournaments organisation and communication with Tennis Selangor is extremely poor with both parties “tak tahu”. Wasting time. I dont understand the purpose of Bounx’s involvement with LTAM if everything is hidden behind a registration system instead of being transparent n open for all to see. 🐟

Can never book a court even after updating payment method. Rubbish app

Love this app! It has made booking courts and classes much more convenient. I also like that I can receive coach feedbacks through this app as it has helped me play better tennis. I also enjoy receiving prizes for gaining more Xperience points! :)

Enjoy the experience of joining classes in the app. Very transparent in term of selecting the classes, the coach profile, making payment, coach feedback etc. 👌🏼

Was always lacking the motivation to get out on court, but building up points on the BOUNX App gives me extra incentive!

Super easy and fast to book a tennis class or coaching, used to have to go to the tennis courts to find a coach or a contact number for a reputable coach but now I can just check out what’s happening on the App

I am unable to sign up for the app. To sign up, the app requires you to verify your account. When you type in the code the app sends you, it says the code is incorrect. Frustrating.

No support if it’s not working properly. Tried email and chat many times and no one answers.
