I tried to resend several times - there’s nothing in my inbox and spam. Even tried to uninstall and reinstall. Nothing.

Login was smooth. App is running smoothly so far. All I really need is my QR. The verification email went straight to spam, so check your spam folder first before trying to resend the email.

I was able to logged my member id and email. But can’t log in because it needs to be verified thru email. I already requested multiple times for the verification link but didn't receive any.

I registered just fine but the app never sent me any verification links no matter how many times I request for it. It’s been a month and I have yet to even log in my own account with this app.

Cannot verify my email no matter how many times I click resend email. I get all the marketing emails, but there is no option to email customer service from said emails nor via the defunct app. Spent the high price on a single receipt for a membership and now can’t reap the benefits. Sketchy!

Was able to register with my member number and create a login just fine. However when the app requires a verification that will be sent to my email, I never receive it no matter how many times I request. I’ve checked my junk mail as well and nothing. It’s been 48hrs now. I even deleted the app and downloaded it again and am still having the same issues. Pointless app if users can’t even login and get the verification email to utilize the app. The mark up on your products are really high so why not allocate some of that money into your app and get this fixed!

I’m trying to add one more pet but it keeps saying i can only add 5 pets. I was only adding a second one.
