Can I get my money back please? I don’t like your app

I’ve been using the app for scoring Girl’s middle school and HS bakers game. One you understand the setup process for a event it works smoothly. I real appreciate the ability to substitute bowlers. My daughters team tend to bowl 6 or 7 bowler so the fixed 1-5,6-10 another app provides doesn’t work. But apparently I am missing something. I put the girls in the team, the girls are listed by their frame but statistics are blank for the girls. I only see team statistics. The description provided seems to indicate that I should be able to see stats for each bowler when bowling bakers. Since individual bowler fill percentage is a critical metric, lack of individual stats greatly limits its usefulness.

We use this app to keep stats for our college team. We really enjoy the functionality. Biggest wish would be to be able to transfer stats between our two devices!

I had this app on my phone for years. All of the sudden I couldn’t get into it so I tried updating that didn’t help. So I had to delete it from my phone and reload it. So I lost all the stats and data I had in there. So now I have to start from scratch again.

Needs to be able to assign baker members to track that portion for collegiate matches. Also no updates in a long time...

My two things that made my review only 4/5 stars: 1. When in the Tactic Board screen, whenever I try to "share" the diagram I drew (that usually has important strategies on) the entire app crashes, and when I re-enter, I've lost my markings on the tactic board, and the app directly returns to the home/startup screen. - I get around this issue by just taking a screenshot of the tactic board screen then just delete my markings when I want to draw another one. Although I'm sure it would be much more convenient if the "share" feature worked to be able to directly send it to someone else or upload it to OneDrive/Google Drive/Dropbox etc. 2. I know that no app can be at the lanes with you to measure your ball speed. But there should be a input option that lets you insert your ball speed for each frame/ball. My bowling center shows the ball speed for each ball on the scoring screen, so if there was this option, I could manually input the ball speed when I'm inputting the pin count.

Pin tracking screen is unresponsive on iPhone X. I have to flip the result for the frame, stand up the pin(s), then flip the result again the get the correct pin fall.

This is the best app we have seen so far for keep score. It has helped up increase our score by seeing our averages, pin totals and were we needed to adjust to make more marks. I recommend for all bowlers.

This app totally gets the job done, and I'm really glad to see some work going into it again after so long. Certainly the most graphically appealing scorecard that I can find for iOS. The process for setting up a new event and starting games is more cumbersome than seems necessary. Adding players should occur automatically upon creation of an event, and you shouldn't need to go back to the home screen in order to add the first game to the event. There are some graphical problems when using an iPhone 7 Plus and viewing player statistics, but score keeping mode, the primary point of the application, is certainly worth the cost.

Once you figure it out it's not too bad....some unusual things.
