Προβλήματα
Τις τελευταίες μέρες δεν εμφανίζει τα εισερχόμενα δέματα. Είναι το 3ο δέμα που περιμένω σε λιγότερο από μια εβδομάδα και δεν εμφανίζεται. Επίσης πλέον καθυστερούν πολύ οι παραδώσεις (έως και 6 μέρες από την αποστολή), εάν είναι γεμάτο το locker ας μας δίνουν την επιλογή να διαλέξουμε εάν μας εξυπηρετεί κάποιο άλλο , όχι να περιμένουμε τόσο σε εποχή που είναι εκτός γιορτών.

Με την εφαρμογή ούτε τον αριθμό δεν χρειάζεται να πληκτρολογείς Πατάς μέσα από την εφαρμογή στο κινητό να ανοίξει η θύρα όταν είσαι μπροστά και ανοίγει Μπράβο εξυπηρέτηση!

Μας έστειλαν από νομό Ρεθύμνου 25/2 δυο δέματα για ηράκλειο για να τα έχουμε τη Κυριακή 2/3 στο καρναβάλι το ένα δέμα ήρθε την επόμενη ημέρα το άλλο δέμα με τις δύο στολές θα έρθει 4/3 να τα κάνουμε τι τότε ;;; Με περιστέρι πιο γρήγορα θα ερχόντουσαν Και η τηλεφωνική υποστήριξη απαράδεκτη δύο και τρεις ώρες αναμονή

Το μόνο που χρειάζεται είναι να διαβάζεται τις κριτικές τις google και θα καταλάβεις.Δεν έχουν λόγω ύπαρξης στον ελλαδικό χώρο δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί τους πληρώνουμε τους απατεώνες για να μας κλέβουν
Χαμένο δέμα
Χαμένο δέμα από τις 18/1 κι ακόμα καμία ενημέρωση. Όλοι ικανοποιημένοι (κατάστημα και box) εκτός από τον πελάτη. Η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών σας χρειάζεται σοβαρή αναβάθμιση. Αποζημιώστε μας τουλάχιστον για τα λάθη σας.
Awful
Completely unprofessional. Very big delays and they provide no way to communicate with them. Package status never updates and if so it gets always the same status. Do not trust this company.
Longer delivery times
Delivery used to be faster, within 24hrs but now it takes at about 48hrs or even more.
