Box & Burn is a unique boxing app from me, Jamie Greatorex, designed for anyone who wants to include boxing in their fitness regime or seasoned boxers who want to up their game. I've created 3 programs for you to do at home and 3 programs in the gym on the bag and weights. I've included HIIT and ab bonus rounds, check in functionality and also a full library of recipes for you to enjoy and smash your fitness goals.
