Why does it log me out by itself without telling anything?

Kan inte med ord beskriva hur dåligt detta är. Både appen och företaget. De är alltid en chansning om man kommer in. Har aldrig förstått mig på Karens, men efter Boxxy så har jag blivit en själv! Förstår inte ständigt utloggad, vid flera tillfällen har jag inte kunnat komma in i porten, inget nummer man kan ringa till. Är din mobil urladdad eller värre borta kan du glömma att ta dig hem. Inte ens en ynka blipp fick man. Man förstår varför det inte går bra för detta företag!

This is definitely a startup in charge of my house key. A roller coaster. Yale is half the price for the lock and I’m forced to use Boxxy because my housing association decided this was a good idea. I can’t give out more than a certain number of family keys. Definitely no one should have more than 4 kids. I can’t set temporary keys for more than 1, 3 or 24 hours so I have to constantly reissue keys to guests if they are here for more than that amount of time. It removes +46 at the start of Swedish numbers but not the country codes for any of the other different country phone numbers. I even tried to reach out to them to ask about reissuing temporary keys but they mentioned some feature that I don’t even have in this app that isn’t what I asked about. Do not get this for your association your members will really dislike this solution.

Fullständigt värdelöst

Värsta jag varit med om. Vi fick detta systemet installerat till ytterdörren i vår studentbostad och kan inte beskriva hur meningslöst det är. Har man tappat bort mobil kommer man inte in, har mobilen dött så kommer man inte in. Man kommer inte in med nyckeln längre ELLER kod. De säger att det ska blir smidigare men nu måste man ha både NYCKEL och MOBIL när man går ut med sopor, går ut på promenad och hämtar post!!??? JÄTTEDUMT. SLUTA DIGITALISERA ALLT. Vi hade det bra innan när man kunde komma in med nyckel eller blipp på nyckeln. Bojkotta Boxxy OMEDELBART
