Reasonable but
Too many times servers are down refuses to log in And regular logs out create wasted time awaiting log back in
Apple Pay Vanished
Latest update removes ability to use Apple Pay for purchasing fuel. Booooo!
Useless
Most frustrating useless app I have come across won’t load so you miss on points then when it does sometimes it won’t give you points like this morning I missed out on 200 points very disappointing

Next to Useless
This app does not allow you to login and I sent an email in 2019 to the app developer which has not been responded to. I stopped using the app and then tried again in June 2024. Even after five years the same problems still persist and I’m not able to use an existing login to login into the app instead it asked me to register with the new login and gives no option to sign in with a previously registered email and phone login. Clearly, there are some app developers who develop useless apps and take a lot of money from these gullible corporations
Why can’t be used at certain BP stores?
Stores like BP Doncaster, cannot be found on the map in this app. Also can’t be used to pay or order at BP Doncaster.
