在 "稱號" 位置, 輸入使用者之名稱
輸入日期及時間, 可以按下 "現時" 按鈕, 以自動設定為當前時間
輸入血壓及心率數值
可以直接輸入數值, 或簡單地按 "+" "-" 號更改
按下 "儲存",完成
按下 "列表" 會列出次前輸入的記錄
當日期是選擇了當天，會顯示十四天前至今天的記錄
當日期是選擇了不是當更，會顯示選擇日期開始至當天的所有記錄
