Bugs
De app werkte altijd goed maar nu zijn er veel bugs. Ik kan geen kaarten versturen. De app sluit zichzelf altijd en als ik ze probeer 1 per 1 te versturen werkt de betaling met de betalingsapp niet.
Ne fonctionne plus
Depuis quelques jours impossible de recharger de l’argent pour envoyer des cartes, le lien Bancontact, les vérifications de sécurité visa… tout est bloqué et ne fonctionne plus. Donc impossible d’envoyer des cartes…
Heel omslachtig
De app werkt enkel door de iPad verticaal te plaatsen. Na veelvuldig via app ‘enkele postkaart’ te proberen, telkens uit de app gestoten te worden, de app verwijderd en opnieuw gedownload; resultaat al onze adressen kwijt,ondanks account, top gedaan hoor, ontwikkelaars. Boodschap schrijven zo archaïsch geen enkele Lay-out en tot slot, niet goedkoop, geen eindejaarspremie, .., niets. U bent gebuisd en ik geef u nul sterren!

Pas moyen d’ avoir accès à mes contacts, obligé de le mettre manuellement. Alors qu’ils y existaient avant le changement !
Begint goed maar bezorgt je steeds een hoop miserie
Dit is nu al een aantal jaar dat ik deze app gebruik omdat de insteek zeer goed is. MAAR tot vervelens toe moest ik jaarlijks alle adressen telkens opnieuw toevoegen… tot een paar jaar geleden dat probleem opgelost bleek. SUUUUPERRRR!!!! Tot dit jaar 2021: De app weigerde te openen… dus terug moeten installeren en… alle adressen uiteraard weer verdwenen (dank zij een zogezegde update… ) en terug twee uren werk🤬 In 2024 weer van hetzelfde laken een broek… weer alle adressen ingeven… en ik had reeds credits aangeschaft dus moet ik wel voort met deze slechte software. Ik hou mijn hart vast voor volgend jaar. 😬
