Over engineered
Nice effort but it’s not comfortable to do the exercises while holding the phone at arms length. One benefit is that the app helped me get my head to 45 degrees. One weakness is the written instructions: they fail to mention that you must turn the head *before* lying down slowly. I gave up on this app after one day and made by own “hands free” timer from a free HIIT app. Now I can listen to a podcast while the free app speaks instructions. Much more relaxing.
