The sequence of 9 shapes and colors is way too difficult as I am just starting with this game. In the few weeks that I have been playing, my only growth is my frustration! I pay a lot of money to use this app and it hasn’t worked in a week. Is it going to get fixed so I can use it. if it’s not gonna work, I want my money back. You can prorate what I earn back. But I really prefer to use the app if you can fix it.

App is very slow to load on my iPad. I have to close it and reopen it daily as it doesn’t know to move from day to day. I loaded the app also on my iPhone and logged in but it doesn’t see that I purchased the premium account on that device and I get ads. The games work well and I’ve seen good progress but there are sloppy things with the admin of this app that have me thinking of dropping it and switching to a competitor when my annual subscription runs out. FWIW I paid $99 for the annual fee and now I see they are selling it for as low as $25. That’s maddening.
You have to watch a minutes worth of ads before you can play a game. I guess you can pay to avoid this but I’d like to try it first. Super annoying.
I’m writing this to complain about the pop-up ads that come up several times a day, whether I play or not; and I played just about every day. Get them for god sake off my cell phone.
I love this app. It is great. It helps me spell. What does it spell no it does not. I lost brain game so much. I don’t want any more each day.

I have paid for Brainwell for about 3 years. I have a new iPad and I’m getting ads and I never had them before. Also, if I was given a game I didn’t want to play I had the option to find another games and play it. I no longer have that option. That is really disappointing.
