BrandMate Reviews

Auto capture is troublesome

💐cocob on

Australia

I don’t like the new auto-capture feature. It detects the temperature too fast and doesn’t provide enough time to measure accurately.

advice about app slow response

SSS501 on

Australia

hi dev the app is very slow, especially when internet connect is not very good. please adjust it to be saving data locally, and when we finished filling all forms, let the app send all data togather to server at once.

Dark mode

Rachel6788 on

Australia

I have my phone in dark mode 24/7 and everytime I log in I need to then change it to light and then back to dark. Seems like a small issue but pretty irritating

The new design & workflow is a winner. It made the training & execution experience a lot smoother and easier on the eye. Thanks guys!

Unable to retemp

Dewey1997 on

Australia

Previous versions of BrandM8 you could exit and re enter the testing of a hot product without having to retake all temperatures. I understand that this can be seen as an improvement to ensure nothing dodgy takes place but it makes it extremely difficult to take the temperature of thinner meats like 10:1 as the needle often pokes through the patties making the air or the tray display an incorrect reading.
