The worst customer service ever!
They advertise unavailable items!!!! and after you place the order, they cancel the order from their side! Unfortunately the customer service call center is not helpful either! and they are like answering in robotic manner and no customer service recovery! ZERO!!!! They invented this global tag for high end brands but it’s all fake advertising! They don’t have the items and they advertise it!! Worst customer service ever, fake advertising for non available items!!

I returned 8 items from 3 different orders and they didn’t give me my money back!!
Application not working
The application is not working properly For the plus size section you can’t review items after 48 the review gets stuck I tried removing the application and downloading it again still the same issue
Very bad online shopping experience
This is really terrible. Regardless of the slow shipping, the customer service is a disaster. It is a group of polite and helpless agents with no authority to do anything. I’ve been trying to return a broken item for one month now, and I get the same helpless response every day since then, no refund and no replacement till now.

Great finds, terrible experience
The app is ok, but returning items is such a hassle. You have to contact customer care who either never respond or respond late and ask you to send pictures of items you want to return! Then 3 days later (without a means to track when they will come) someone picks up the items and then you hear nothing till they “assess” and decide on a refund. I am currently waiting for this last step. Overall, the app has great finds, but the process is ruining the experience.
