I normally don’t write reviews but I find it completely ridiculous to be forced to purchase an annual subscription before you can even view the catalog of designs, the functionality, the product, etc…this is poor user experience. A limited free trial subscription would be helpful to test the experience BUT if they can’t do that we need to at least be able to see what we’re getting for our money.
I have used this app for awhile now and I can say it is the best for widgets, however ever since I switched to the Iphone 16 pro and updated my ios it has not worked. When I say this I mean it won’t let me access the help button and it won’t let me access the app store for icon downloads. How can I resolve this?
I litetally JUST downloaded the app and was forced to pay for an annual subscription without even trying it first. It keeps crashing on me when I try to install my theme, which also gives error messages galore. I can't contact them for help through the app and have no options outside the app. Even their app support through the App Store is a trick door. So, I just wasted $30+ for absolutely NOTHING? This is disgusting and disappointing as the app came highly recommended.
I like the app it’s a good way to change the icons for a lot of apps at once. Only issue is that not every app has an icon. Understandable however the search engine in the app seems to be broken and will not load any search results only a super repetitive error message. So the only way to find apps is to scroll through the list and if you can’t find it you can’t even submit a request because the search engine won’t work.
Love the creativity of this app, will definitely continue to use it. But, I followed the instructions on the transparent background option for my widgets, and the widget background doesn’t line up with my background anymore. When I first got the app, they would look flush with the background image/transparent. Hopefully, it’s a minor bug that will be fixed soon. Tried to contact support and got an error message.
I got this app two year ago and have loved using it. They made it very easy to change the way your home screen looked however since the 3.1 update it had been broken. You can’t customize apps to different icons it pulls up “error could not read data”. You also can’t get in contact with anyone cause “Contact Us” doesn’t exist when you try tapping on it nothing pulls up. This app used to update monthly but there hasn’t been any this for at least 5 months
The “contact us” link in the “profile” section of the app is broken. I wanted to reach out because my transparent widgets are broken since updating to iOS 18.1.1. Also the app seems to think I do not even have iOS 16. Totally unacceptable for such an expensive app!
Used to love this app. Upgraded to iPhone 16 and it no longer works. Anytime I try to customize what app will open when installing a theme I get the error message: “the data couldn’t be read because it is missing”. Please fix this!!
