App readings do not match that of the unit and standing right next to it. Battery fails to charge the decided it can is that app related?

Crashes every time 😠
App crashes
App crashes as soon as you scan for a freezer

As soon as I scan fridge, app crashes. I’m using iPhone 15
Connecting
When scanning for a fridge, you need to press the settings button on the fridge while its scanning for it to connect.
Works great
I don’t know why everyone’s whinging it works perfectly never crashed once, I’m on IPhone 14 Pro 🤷🏼♂️
App won’t even open
Looks like everyone has the same issue as us, the app does not work. Crashes as soon as you scan for a fridge. Tried iPhone 13 pro, SE and iPhone 8. We’ve tried so many times in the 4 months since we bought the fridge. Please fix it or just get rid of the app. Don’t advertise a product that does not work
Won’t open
App won’t even open so don’t bother downloading it. Been no updates for over 2years so you can tell they don’t care

Worked really well at first and now it just continues to crash and I can’t seem to fix it.

downloaded app, when proceeding to use app it just crashes when trying to load, deleted the app and tried to re upload but no difference.
