Not worth it and buggy with bad dates for readings

Got the wrist monitor bpw4500 very inaccurate and the app is very buggy my readings date and times is completely all over the place

Can’t connect

Just bought ExactFit 3 and followed instructions to pair but it doesn’t find device!!!

Won’t sync to I phones

Just lately it the readings will not sync to the app on the I phone there are arrows going around for ages then says device disconnected tried everything possible but still no joy not sure if it is a fault with the app it’s self

I had the experience with this app its handy to know the history of your blood pressure reading also you can send it to your doctor instantly. THE BEST APP

Really disappointed

Bought this specially due to the app. Being trying to connect to device for 30 minutes. Won’t connect so taking it back for a refund. Very disappointed.

Some aspects not working on iPhone 14

Used to work fine but since upgrading to iPhone 14 the list function no longer works and there is no back arrow on graph page so you need to shut down the app and restart to get to home page

hi i need do another review,app working excellent,high recommended,please ignore my review from yesterday,but i was upset nothing working properly,but my 6 yrs old son change my settings in my phone and i couldn’t loading app Very good products

Best App for BP

Makes life so easy when recording BP 5 Star!

Great app just one thing though….

When you open the app it goes to the very first reading and not the latest. Is there a way not to have to scroll through the entire history to get to recent readings? Thanks

Freezes on “Graph” page

Locks up on “Graph” page. “List” and “Calendar” buttons stop working. The black bar at the top of page disappears, so the “back” arrow in top left corner also disappears and there is no way to leave the page!! Only solution is to unload the app and then reload it. But, as soon as you go to the “Graph” page it locks up again.
