Horrible service
My ordered never arrived, although it was marked as delivered by the app. I’ve been in contact with their customer service for three days now to get a refund, but all I’m being told is “sorry for the inconvenience, we are checking with the delivery team”.

The app was not opening even after I updated it and as soon as that started happening I kept getting discounts and offers and also before that it was very slow
UX
Fix your app please. Please fix it as it’s becoming an issue! Your main issue is the payment gateway it needs to be fixed as well as the lagging on the different pages of the app. Please FIX IT!

As usual the worst customer service and delivery associate in the world it seems my opinion will never change
