Exactly what I was looking for! Very simple, and versatile at the same time. The sound of the default bell is very soothing. We also have the possibility to create for different custom sequences, which is also appreciated. I would appreciate a short delay at the beginning of the session in order to prepare myself and be ready when the first bell rings.

I tested out about ten apps to assist with breathing for stress relief and so far this is the best one. It has a lot of functions but the selling feature is that it’s the quickest at getting me to the needed function. Once you set up your preferences you can start with one click once it opens!
