Add pranayma exercises to your daily routine with this app.
Use the Apple Watch app to perform a breathing exercise anytime, anywhere.
The breathing exercises can be configured by you. You can set the length of breathe in, breathe out and hold yourself in 0.5 second increments.
Set reminders in the iOS app so that you can notice positive changes through regular practice.
Only the Apple watch app (not available in the iOS app) reads your heart rate to display it directly in the exercise. This gives you an overview of how well the exercise is working on your body.
