Breathe comes in two versions, the basic FREE version that allows you to log your dives, anywhere, anytime (seriously, you don’t even need to be connected to the internet); and a PRO version for subscribed users that unlocks great add-ons to the basic app.
With the FREE version comes with these features:
- The ability to add, edit and delete dive logs.
- View all your dives on a timeline with up to 6 months of history, which is the official amount of time that PADI requires before you need a refresher course.
- Support for metric and imperial systems.
- Tailor your design for both women and men, because we support gender equality.
You can also subscribe to either Breathe Pro Monthly, Yearly or Life to unlock the premium features of the app:
- Automatic syncing with the cloud and with all your devices, so no need to worry if you drop your phone in the sea, all your logs are backed up.
- Equipment overview that allows you to manage your equipment settings at any time. Your equipment settings are now automagically saved between dives.
- View your dive history on a timeline with no limitations as to how far back you can go.
- View your dives on a world map and share your map with the world!

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that service, where applicable.

Handy but some frustrating limitations
Does everything you expect it would and love being able to print out a pdf to prove experience and snapping dive centre stamps is great to back fill dives. Annoyances are: - only 32 & 36 EANx options - locations save for reuse but can’t search user added locations - have to add your dive buddy each time even if used before. - ditto for dive centre, certifier and diver number. Overall handy to have with you at all times but frustrating to mass fill. Import profiles from dive computer would be very handy too.
Disappointed
When I first used this app, I logged around 20 dives or so 2 and they disappeared after a few months :-/ so I’ll never use this app again
Good App
This is one of the best diving log book apps out there I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a easier time logging. However, I’d like to see a feature that’s it easier locate dive sites when there isn’t much wifi.
Double charged
Clicked the pro life subscription thought it would opt me out on yearly subscription automatically. It turned out I need to unsubscribe myself after joined pro life. Have to enter a long list information manually to log a dive. Can’t log from computers.

Forgot to add cumulative time on dives

The pressure section of the app needs to be more user friendly It goes 100 psi to 200 psi It would be great if there was a area in between Be able to pick 125psi 150psi and so on 100psi too 200psi is to much of a gap Please create more options Also been able to input your computer details and other gear that we use Over wise good app to use

I wrote a review on this app recently and deleted it. I will however say, I did reinstall it. I’m still not sold on the subscription of the pro version however this is the best app I’ve come across for not making raw data a chore. Most of us dive irregularly and data input in this app is user friendly and fun. If you don’t like typing in heading boxes after each dive and like ease and colour in your data, then give it a go.
