Nice app to improve breathing patterns
I like it. I was breathing a lot through the mouth, now using the app regularly I increasingly breath through the nose and feel better. Manuel

I’ve used for a few weeks. The training keeps repeating the same breathe in and out for every few days. It does not give enough instructions or information. It provides a few very primitive videos for benefits of breathing properly. I wanted to get refund after two months but could not find channel to do so.
Fascinating! How they can use the phone camera to measure my functioning!
Amazing experience. Really helped me breathe better and improved my sleep.
I work in mental health and this is a great app to recommend to clients of all ages to improve their breathing, stress levels and overall wellness. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to work on their breathe as a way to combat stress, trouble sleeping and other concerns. This app trains your brain for optimal breath and relaxation.
I wish I could give this app a better rating but unfortunately it has a few issues. Of the 8 times I used it ,it crashed twice. It gives some interesting metrics but they aren’t explained. You run the test 5 times then pay $2 to get a 2 paragraph report. I’m not sure why they charge you for the report because you then have to go on to pay for the breathing course. My guess is they make you pay because they get a lot of people that don’t qualify to do the course. In my case my HRV showed too much variation, so I did not qualify. This is weird because you have to spend some time monitoring HRV to establish a baseline. I ran the test twice on the same day and got a wide variation on readings. This implies to me the their algorithm has a flaw. Too bad, it’s a well designed app.
