Paced breathing can also improve your concentration and sports performance! BreathPacer FAQ
Is BreathPacer free?
Yes, BreathPacer is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is BreathPacer legit?
🤔 The BreathPacer app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
i absolutely like this app ,i succeeded in getting really deep relaxation on the second day,and my sleep has improved very much,i have tried breathing earlier on but never with a pacer,it makes things so much easier,i recommend this app!
Keeps stopping
I’ve used this app for years, recommended by a Mayo Clinic doctor, and it worked fine. Lately it goes for a minute or so, then stops, and I can’t figure out why.
Simple perfection
I love this app, it’s clean, clear, with no extra stuff to bog down my brain. It just does the job. My go to before meetings and bed. Added perk, kids love it, a win win for emotional regulation and transitioning!
Devs gave up?
This WAS great. Somewhere in February-ish of this year the app stopped having the ability structure breathing patterns (in,hold, out, hold) - the comments on the reviews seem to have been saying the same thing over and over again for months and no updates have fixed the problem. Would not recommend in its present form.
Doesn’t work as described
No way to program to fraction of seconds. Basic and better apps available for free.
Almost what I needed….
I’m learning some breathwork, increasing the daily amount of time I practice incrementally. But somebody seems to have forgotten there are numbers between 15 and 30, and that appears to be the only amount of increase in minutes I can do, nothing between.
Otherwise, easy to set up exactly like I wanted! I would not have paid for it had I known there weren’t unlimited increases in time.
A swing and a miss for me.
This does nothing.
I purchased it and it literally doesn’t do anything that the description explains. No rain sounds, no variations to control, etc. and I can’t find a way to contact anyone for a refund. Total joke.
Doesn’t work
Purchased, downloaded several times on i-phone but doesn’t open.
Worked great until I updated my IOS
I love this app. It was recommended by the Mayo Clinic for me. However I just updated my iPhone XS to ios version 13.1.2 and now it won’t work, it crashes every time I open the app. I rebooted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no luck. Please can you please put out an update so I can use the app again?
Stopped working with iOS 13
Since updating my phone I can no longer open the app which is an unpleasant surprise. I hope it will be fixed so I can at least retrieve my metrics that the doctor has given me to use.
