It’s easy to set multiple breathing paces and times. The app allows you to choose between two visual cues and multiple colors of those queues. The problem is that the cues do not keep correct time. In a breathing pace set to 10 seconds, the cues run a bit slower. In a 20 minute session it’s one breath short. Odd bug.
There is nothing fancy about this app. It’s design isn’t anything spectacular. And yet, it is absolutely perfect for what I need. I was looking for a visual aid to help me practice resonance breathing and this app is a simple and yet effective tool for that. I love it. I highly recommend it if you want a visual breathing aid that isn’t too visually distracting or complicated to use.
This is a really fantastic app! I’ve been doing breath work for a little while, and I’ve grown really frustrated with all of the paywalls for other apps I’ve tried. The only thing I’d change would be adding an option for haptic feedback to signal the start of a step. Otherwise, I am totally thrilled!
