Breeze Airways

When I select seat I am bounced back to reservation selection page. I had to enter 3 times.

It’s so ez to use the Breeze site, especially with the app! Flown Breeze several times and it’s always on time, the planes are clean, & it’s economical!

I downloaded the mobile app, created an account with my email address and password and when I enter the log in info, all it does is spin, spin, spin telling me it is logging me in - which it never has…?? Horrible initial experience with Breeze!!!

Flight was cancelled due to an issue with the plane and rescheduled the for the next day. Received emails stating they would help reimburse and provide Breeze reward points for the costs incurred and the trouble. All of which was a lie. They did neither.

App is not working properly. Can not log in. Can not check in. Can not view My Trips and etc

Every few months or so I’ll download this app to price out flights. This time it’s Microsoft’s fault, but every time I try to price out flights with this app it ends up crashing or freezing.

Re. App. Entering CC info needs to be easier. Auto fill or take picture. Kinda analog ;)

I think someone else was booking the same seats as I was because my payment would not go through after multiple attempts, but with no errors or missing data. When I logged back in to try again, some of the seats I had selected were no longer available and when I continued payment different seats it went through on the first attempt. I also experienced issues getting through the baggage section but that did not require logging out and getting back in, just patience.

I flew Breeze once great experience but I can’t buy tickets because the app has so many bugs it won’t save my information
