Dr. Lewis has an excellent patient support staff and their treatment of patients is amazing. His Nurse Practitioner Erica Spicer is absolutely amazing in her treatment techniques. Following an update to the Breeze portal, all health conditions, and lab information disappeared. I can no longer access any of my health data through this portal. And the two factor authentication is a major pain

Tried to make a payment with Apple Pay and it wouldn’t work. I had to use a card. Not a big deal. Apple Pay would have been much easier.

I have difficulty navigating this app, as well as difficulty finding information I need. I still haven't been able to find results of studies/tests, etc.

My Dr’s office uses this app for billing. Can see details of the bills but can’t actually pay them. Option to add a credit card glitches so can’t add a card and Apple Pay says ‘Declined’ but there’s plenty of credit on the card and credit services says there’s no attempted charge that they can see. Have to waste time calling the Dr’s billing office to pay the bill.

I appreciate the convenience the app provides with appointments and digital invoicing and payment. I don’t like that I still get a paper bill and my doctors office tried to get them to turn that off, but couldn’t get anyone competent on the line to do that for me.

System has a red band saying failed to send and I need to update the app to latest version but it is the latest version. I deleted the app three times and reinstalled it and it still says that. Unacceptable for a doctor communication. No help provided.

I tried signing up 4x after i was invited by my Dr. and the app just pinwheels and never loads. Very frustrating and annoying.

I love the app, easy to use but. Where is the cancellation button? You need to Work in that please!

I can’t get on this app someone from customer service was supposed to call me back and they didn’t! I called twice they can’t figure out why I can’t get on.
