All I need is the two step verification to be lifted so I can add my new phone number. I think it’s month 4 now and no I don’t want to talk to anyone again. It’s a simple request and I will complain to my dr office again. I had forms to complete but the forms do not save as you progress, which meant that the information provided was accurate as they could have been if I could have existed and come back. Then the date formats were inconsistent. The date fields should have been formatted the same across the app. I liked having the ability to use multifactor authentication. That is until when I used it via my phone and could not get to the fields on the screen. I had to turn off that feature. The size of the font is also too small - you cannot enlarge or zoom in the app. The app is not intuitive. It is difficult to navigate. It times out too often, though there is a warning that pops-up. I added the app back again as our podiatrist office is now using it and I can’t communicate with them due to obvious flaws about not editing and prior usage.
