OTP issue
I have been trying to create an account and OTP was sent to my email according to the app but didn’t receive any have sent several OTP’s but none has been received by my email and the phone no I used for the registration couldn’t be used again although the Acc wasn’t created I had to keep changing phone no whenever I attempted to register, this is very frustrating 😡
Your customer care not working
I tried to register on the mobile app and it keeps saying I should kindly contact customer care, which I did send an email but no response. And the phone number you provided is not working.
Logging in issues
I’m having serious problems logging into the app. I tried logging in and it’s still asking for my NIN. After putting in my NIN it tells me to contact customer care, you guys are just frustrating me

Have been trying to register on these app but it hasn’t been successful..after entering my data my NIN has not been verified and keeps saying contact customer support the link to customer service is not included to app, you can do well by including that Thanks 👎🏻👎🏻
