Misleading pricing- ended up double the quote.

Having booked a taxi a few days earlier I received a call from the taxi company on New Year’s Eve to say pricing was wrong and it would be double. The explanation given was ‘pricing algorithm was incorrect’. At this late stage it was too late to find an alternative taxi firm. This is very poor business practice.
