App is probably ok but I can’t login using my existing credentials. I can login with same credentials fine in browser but not in the app.

My phone has I O S 15. 8 2 So it won’t load

Unfortunately the 24/35 update is a huge regression on the previous experience. Please revert this asap.

Was a mainstay for match days and keeping up with news. Has just started crashing on startup every time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same. iOS 17.4.1. Help devs!

Last season you could click on any team in the premiership table and see the fixtures (and scores). They’ve take this feature away… why 👎

I cannot get into my ticketing account through the app at all. I have deleted the app on more than one occasion and it worked intermittently. I have spoken to at least two different people at the club office who say there is no problem. I have done everything I can think of my end to try and sort the issue. I’ve asked the ticketing office staff to pass on messages in the hope I can get this sorted, all to no avail. This has all started since going over to ticket master. Is there anyone, anywhere that is prepared to help me resolve this issue or am I going to miss out on tickets etc. because at this point for me it’s not fit for purpose?

This same problem keeps happening with this app. The app will show four or five recent news stories, then there is a gap of around two weeks in the stories. This is very poor. If I want to know what is happening I go to the website.

Only reason I downloaded the app was for the tickets feature. Signed up, clicked the confirm link but I’m stuck in a loop any time I try to access the feature. I’ll give it 15 minutes, otherwise it’s getting uninstalled

All previous updates for the past year have only made the app worse!! Bring back the live scores from around the leagues page!!! And also bring back being able to click on games to see lineups, stats, commentary etc. !!! Why did you get rid of these features???
