It feels like I have issues every time I use the app, it underwent a redesign which I hoped would help but sadly doesn’t seem to! - I often have to force quit it as the menu stops responding. - My orders page shows no orders atm, previously I have also seen orders on that page that weren’t mine going to other customers. - When I place an order my basket is not cleared and there is no indication that I have completed my order outside of the charge on my card and the food turning up. A simple app with a couple of list views and a one page basket flow is the sort of project a junior dev could do in their spare time, it’s hardly rocket science! That said I can’t fault the food, have used both delivery and gone in person for many years and the food is always fresh and exceptionally good!

On the home page when I selected a product it kept crashing - so I had to order through the different headings and sadly there wasn’t the option for the salt beef bagel in there so I’ve gone for the sandwich instead…

I made a mistake in my address upon ordering that the staff kindly agreed to fix and redeliver. There were some problems rearranging the order as staff were very busy, but they do have a dedicated customer service phone number that was very helpful when I reached it. In the end, they delivered the order a couple of days later and refunded the fee for the inconvenience.

This is a amazing shop friendly staff and always better the the yellow shop hands down the best in town you won’t be dissapointed

I have used this service several times it is brilliant, bagels and fillings gorgeous, delivery always on time, value for money excellent could not be easier x

The app is basic. If you make a mistake there is no way to cancel or amend and order. It’s a frustrating experience.
