Brick – Powerbank sharing

rented a brick, went back to return and they were all full. Travelled around to return someplace else and they were all taken as well. Meanwhile, the app is charging money for not returning within the timeframe. Should be more slots to return

So easy to use and handy to be able to charge your phone when you’re out and in a pinch! Amazing idea!!

Bricks are so convenient! No matter where I go there’s a brick near by if my battery is low when I’m out! Definitely a must have if you live in Canada!

No matter the venue I visit in London, I see one of these machines. The new appless is so key when I’m helping friends get chargers and their battery is low. Definitely will be getting BRICK’D up!

We rented 3 power banks at a time and returned them all. I received a receipt a couple of days later with a $35 charged that indicated that one was not returned. However, we returned all of them. The customer service provided by Brick has been incredibly terrible, it is so difficult to get in touch with someone. They do not have a contact number and you must use a chat to bring up an issue which takes them over 2 days to reply. After they replied, all of my previous chats and messages were cleared and we have to restart. It’s been so frustrating and annoying to try and get in contact with someone, anyone. I do not recommend using this service.

The brick is awesome and helped bring my phone back to life when I was with family and really needed a full charge. Super easy and convenient!

Fick inte någon sympatisk hjälp alls. De hade bara plötsligt dragit en avgift. Jag förklarade vem som hade tagit powerbanken egentligen och att jag endast hjälpte personen betala..de brydde sig inte och gav endast ett svar som om en var dumförklarad. Attackerade och gav ångest. Men hej, extra ångest är ju gratis iaf

Riktigt bra tjänst och powerbanks med bra tryck, mobilen laddad riktigt snabbt. Ett litet problem dock med min nya iPhone PRO 15, appen startar och kraschar när man skall avläsa qr koden men jag hoppas att ni upptäckt det och löser det snart.
