I’ve been playing this game for a while and I’d always run into a bug that they never fixed. Customer service is poor due to the developers not speaking English well. I was instructed to delete the game and reinstall it, which I did and all my gems and progress were gone.
I’ve played this game for almost 4 years and have reached level 1090. Fun game. But the ads have gotten more and more ridiculous. There’s now an ad after just about every function of the game. And recently the ads are 2 plus minutes each — with multiple taps to remove them from the screen I spend more time now waiting on the ads than playing the game. If I see another two minute ad, I’m deleting the game from my device and never playing again!!!!!! You’re about to lose a four year player of your game.
The ads are ridiculously loooooong……
I’ve played this game for years due to not having to be connected to the internet to play it. I just had a t minute ad. I’m not spending anymore time watching them. Sad day.
This is a fun game. Be warned that at a certain level, it is impossible to beat without purchasing power adders. It’s deliberately set up so you CAN NEVER beat it. After being stuck on the same level for two days, I uninstalled it. No game is worth getting frustrated over. Never playing again.
This was my favorite game until the advertisements became unbearable! The advertisements are way too long, sometimes up to 2 minutes! I’m done.
This is usually the game that I play the most out of all of the games on my phone. I have been playing for years. But you’ve recently made the ball into a square. I absolutely hate it! It doesn’t allow for any strategy. The ball just goes wherever it chooses. It’s no longer fun to play. And I keep waiting for you to change it back like you have with the other ball concepts that came about. And it has been glitching when I come close to winning a level. Are you intentionally trying to make people hate this game?!?
I have been playing this game for a long time, but recently, the ads are 1-2 minutes long and that is absolutely ridiculous!! If this continues, you will lose me as a player of your games. They are supposed to be fun, but it has become very frustrating just waiting and clicking 3-4 times through these lengthy ads. You have turned a fun game into something not as enjoyable.

The game itself is laced with crack but the ads can sometimes last longer than 2 minutes. If there were an option to pay to remove the ads this would be a 5 star game.
