Bridge Baron Gold

The current version of bridge baron is horrendous. The cards are hard to see. The other problem is you get only five hands to play before it cuts you off. They want more money to use the app that I had purchased. Do not purchase this app in the current version. You will be very disappointed.

When are you going to allow people to just use their $20 subscription and stop the nonsense of a trial for six months. I too am going to contact Apple regarding your fraudulent practices (as this is the second time you have done this). Perhaps a class action lawsuit needs to be addressed. As a follow up to your response, this has not been fixed. All you have done is offer a six month free subscription. If I am missing something, please let me know. I am sure many others would like to know as well. Never have I experience such fraud in a game app as this. I purchased the original for myself and my parents and then the gold for all of us. Now you want a monthly fee. Get trumped. NOT HAPPENING. I have paid $80 for both my Mom and I to have the original and last upgrade you pulled out of your hat. This is fraud and I hope you find no one wanting to enjoy any of your games. There are other options and I am sure we will all find great alternatives. If I could give zero stars, I would.

After years of using this game and purchasing it twice the developers blindsided the users with this update that demands a $60 yearly subscription to use. This from a flawed app that wouldn’t save changes to preferences on any of the convention cards, I have deleted this app and will never give another cent to this dishonest company.

The updated version is absolutely terrible. I can hardly see my own cards during the bidding, since they are dimmed in comparison with the bidding chart. When the leader plays the first card, the dummy doesn’t become visible until after the second opponent has played. The dummy cards are quite difficult to see compared with the previous version. It’s no longer possible to customize the yellow card settings, so I have to either use intermediate and learn a couple of new conventions, or use basic and be unable to use a couple of the conventions I’m already used to using. I really wish I hadn’t bothered to update to the new version. I’ll be researching to see if anyone offers an alternative Bridge app.

There are bugs in the update that I can’t fix. I’ve contacted providers but their solution doesn’t address problems. I want my old version back!

I bought this game years ago and really enjoyed it. Until an upgrade made it quit working unless I purchased it again. Now another “upgrade” has done it again. Not going to purchase this game a third time even though it’s the best bridge simulator available in the App Store. This company are ripoff specialists. Apple really needs to ban these grifters and they should be required to make refunds to those they’ve ripped off.

I've been buying the pc version since the first edition came out. I also purchased the ipad version, and now it wants a monthly subscription. Ridiculous! How about a refund.

When this app changed to Bridge Baron Gold it required another payment for unlimited use. I paid it for it when I first bought the app, and again when they promised unlimited use. Now it changed again. The format doesn’t work in landscape on an iPad. I loved practicing on this app for years, but buyer beware. Conditions and discontinuing your access is not what was promised. Very unhappy

Bring back the old version

Like many of the other one star reviews, I found the newer version to be vastly inferior to the previous version. Hard to use, hard to see, fewer features, no landscape mode. I paid monthly for a while, but I am feed up with the app and just cancelled.
