Bridj NSW

Bridj is apparently only in Sydney. It would be great if it could say that on its home screen for those of us who didn't realize that service had stopped in Boston.

Pros: - Clean vehicles - Nice leather seats with a lot of space - Free wifi during the trip - Responsive customer service Cons - Rarely on-time; sometimes cancelled - Late notice when rides will be late/cancelled - App is prone to crashes and misinformation Overall the service acts as an alternative to public transportation but ends up being only fractionally cheaper with much worse reliability. I want to like this service, but after several late or cancelled trips with very little heads-up I cannot endorse it.

The app seems buggy. Sometimes it gives only one pickup time when there are several remaining (try five minutes later or from the opposite corner of the the street and you get the full schedule). And the "recent destinations" list too often doesn't show the place you went just yesterday. The service is generally good, though the timing can be puzzling, but the app is very frustrating.

The last update made this app useless. It's stuck in loading the location. Can't really book a shuttle if the app isn't working!! Fix it!!

UPDATE - I used to love this app. Now, the buses rarely show up on time if at all. I've had to file numerous complaints with the support department for refunds on buses that just never showed up or were 20+ minutes late. Original - Currently en route in my first Bridj ride and it's amazing. I never write reviews for anything, but this is well worth 5 stars. Luxury bus setup, affordable option that's getting me home quicker than taking the T for just a couple dollars more! Absolutely thrilled about this app and system. Props to Bridj!

I can't recommend Bridj enough. Low cost, door to door from Downtown Boston to Allston in 20 min or less. The drivers are fantastic and there's free, reliable wifi. What's not to love? You'll never take the Green Line home again.

I highly recommend this app/service. It is certainly worth the cost of the trips. I have used it many times and am always impressed.

I've been using Bridj for about a year, and while it started off great there's been a steep decline in both service and value over the last six months. Prices seem to raise every month - a ride that was $3.00 a few months ago is now up to $6.25, with no improvement in quality or service. In fact what I've found is the opposite - the quality of rides has depreciated thanks to overbooking, Bridjs that are frequently late and worse drivers. I used to love Bridj but now it's become just another startup that apparently can't do anything to maintain quality as it grows.

Ever since discovering Bridj, my daily commute in Boston has gotten exponentially better. Beats the MBTA any day of the week.

Amazing customer support, app and service. I'm won over. 110%
