Bright BSL - Sign Language

Using this app because I have recently watched a YouTube video which has inspired me to learn BSL, the tutorials on this app are so easy to learn

Hello to all, This is a great app, got the yearly premium but have stopped now because of the price. Great teachers but there are some glitches with the videos. The sign bank is great but there is a limited amount of words there so I downloaded a free sign language dictionary called Sign BSL *highly recommended* The price for the yearly premium is £89.99 And the 3 month premium is £40. It is a big amount of money but there is no other option to learn BSL for free like Duolingo. *also highly recommended for leaning languages for free (premium option available)* You collect points when you do lessons but when I emailed that’s and asked what I could do with points they said that you can’t do anything with them. I love the conversations between the two teachers but they are very rare I wish there was more. My favourite feature is the quiz and flashcards, they are super great for reviewing and learning. I’ve been trying to find a app so I can learn BSL but all of them I had to pay for or sign in and use my details. But when I found this app it felt unreal it was sooo good. I love how it gives you lessons and repeats sign so you don’t forget. Definitely get this app is you what to learn BSL!!

This has actually helped me it starts from a place I need to know stuff not from just verbs or anything. In the first few lessons I now know how to say morning Nigbt and much more. It is very helpful

What’s available is good but there’s nowhere near enough content worth a year’s subscription.

BSL helps deaf people know them better more than anything.My Daughter is deaf. Using this app she really enjoys learning BSL. It’s really a fun learning language app to help kids in need of a helping hand of resource to learning fun to encourage kids to learn new things every time to learn time and time again.it’s free to learn new things of BSL in our hands together as a group to help each other and Encourage one another and build each other up. It shows kindness to each other if you help other people who are deaf and need a helping hand every time . Like every one working like a team so DOWNLOAD THE APP NOW!!!

Brilliant app fund and easy to learn

I think this app is fantastic. It’s organised well which allows for easy learning, the short lessons aren’t overwhelming so you can learn at a good pace. The feature in which you can search for a specific sign is very useful whilst I am learning. If I am in conversation with someone and a certain sign comes up I don’t know I can just search and be shown a clear demo.

I’ve been wanting to learn BSL for many years. This app is clear, intuitive and provides a good starting point in being able to hold a general conversation. I highly recommend it for beginners. I like that you’re able to review signs you’ve previously learnt, allowing you to firm up your knowledge. It’s brilliant!
