I asked the attendant for a plastic spoon so I could eat my yogurt she replied ok I will bring you one. I waited for over 30 minutes for a spoon in which she never returned with one. I had to use my coffee stick that I stirred my coffee with. Bad customer service Brightline
The Brightline is a terrific way to travel. The stations and trains are so clean, they are organized & timely etc. Beats driving any day. ONLY negative is that the seats are not very comfortable :-(
Impossible to compare prices & times without starting over every time. This leads to their “Surge Pricing” making the same trip more expensive by the time you make a decision. After confirming and booking, the app displays the wrong date for the Return trip! Anxiety alert! Imagine the panic of not knowing if you can get back home or will be stranded till the next day! App doesn’t update with delays. We waited for more than an hour with only the prerecorded message over the PA system to inform us.
Even after numerous updates, this app is still buggy. The app doesn’t update when delays occur, doesn’t track 10 ride passes accurately and makes it difficult to send a complaint to BrightLine. The app isn’t user friendly. I’ve stopped purchasing 10 ride passes because of the 30 day rule and loosing rides when changing dates.
Not very user friendly
Printed passes for three passengers in my group and was stopped by the ticketing person saying “those won’t scan.” Image of QR sent to printer from iPhone 16 takes up most of the 8.5x11” page.
A totally worthless app on the iPad if you’re trying to get arrival or departure status of trains. It’s an endless crashing loop! Does the exact same thing if you try to view the menu.
I keep getting a oops message!
Stop with the fricking review requests
