Tried many, like this one best
Ideal even for those who already have some experience with meditation. A thorough conceptual base, conveyed in an engaging format. Highly recommended!
Wow. That‘s the best Meditation app I can imagine. Very sound, deep, professional. The people behind the app really do know what they are talking about. You feel it in every lesson you go through. It‘s not an ordinary Meditation app, where someone build an app on basis of some knowledge. it‘s a whole and decent school of Meditation which is roled out in a bunch of lessons and guided Meditations. Totally worth it‘s money. Forget any other app. This one is what you need, believe me :)
Hey there, First of all thanks a lot - I love the app and how it helps me discover different techniques for meditation and integrate them in my daily life. Great job! I just did the Jedi practice (love the name btw) and wanted to reach out with my first thoughts about your question, how I would like to have something help me get integration practice into my life: of course it’s probably more work than simply including one of the ideas - goals, reminder, tracking - but what about making it up to each individual to choose the preferred options (including a combination)? My idea to integrate it is to start with tracking and reminders but I feel like that could change at a certain point and also as if somebody else could want or need something different :) Thanks a lot for this app again and your teachings, I really appreciate it :) Love from an early morning, foggy german forests and may the force be with you, Luke ;D
Und ich bin reingefallen
Why am I forced to create an account and to send data of my meditation habits to the developer‘s servers? A meditation app, of all kinds of apps, should not need a privacy statement, because it should not be spying on its users.
Perfekt!
And keeps me growing in my practice. Each level teaches new techniques and variations to deepen and improve my meditations. And a new set is available each month (many from guest teachers), so there are always more ways to grow. I have come so far in dealing with my crippling anxiety since finding this app. Over the years since I started, I’ve also gotten better at responding vs. reacting, adjusting my behavior toward greater emotional and physical health, even improving my relationships. I came to this app after trying a couple of others. One I still use in conjunction with this from time to time. But Brightmind is the One.
I love this app and it’s got me into sitting daily without fail for about 1.5 years. The way it keeps track of my practice streak was the accountability structure I needed to get me into the habit of sitting daily. I had to get a new phone and when I used it for the first time to open Brightmind for practice, at the end I was sad to see that my streak of -480 days has been reset to zero. Let’s do it again I guess.
