Brighton & Hove Buses

I have used this app a couple times and I found that it has not only charged me the e-ticket but also when I scan my phone when I get on the bus. When I have called customer service to be reimbursed, I have found it a very convoluted procedure. I would not recommend this app and avoid altogether as not worth it.

NFS is automatically earned when you present your phone. The QR code is not working correctly. Although the express travel card function is disabled on my iPhone

The bus times do not update when they’re late and aren’t accurate anyway. Use google, it updates x It’s good for the live buses though :) x

This app is helping me a lot for who just move in new city

look I love a little joke and all but when the 24 is the literal only bus I can get to get myself out of the ghost town that is coldean I really don’t appreciate all of the FAKE BUSES??? that get put on the timetable and then disappear as soon as they’re supposed to be at your stop. I am nawt laughing. also why are the times never accurate

This service links three towns and one city Plus covers some of the more rural areas It is reliable and being used more as people Are becoming aware of its convenience. Can we have a Sunday service?

Excellent service

Pls, help improve on the app such that it blocks Apple Pay from popping up while you’re about to tap on the machine. I have to always restart my phone and at some point its annoying keeping the driver forever. Pls, it’s urgent
