Brighton Marathon Weekend

Two years in a row now I tried to track my husband on his run and the app is not working. I’ve missed his entire run. I feel so sad that I’ve missed this important day for him. Please sort out your app and fix the problem. Im hopeful that next year 2024 it will work better.

Well guys, you were given a job to do, and you completely failed. Like the others, I tried to use your app to track my friend, and it didn’t work at all. Nice one.

Tracker wasn’t working for majority of the day. When it was it gave a completely in accurate location. Location of rubber given in KM, no option to change to miles. Most of the signs around the course given in miles. Kept crashing, had to restart app several times. May as well have not had an app.

Whilst the app had all the hallmarks of being a great app pre marathon day, the live tracking was absolutely useless. It was showing tracked participants miles behind or miles in front of their actual location. Considering how well the London marathon app was extremely surprise at how poor this app performed.

Provided inaccurate and misleading information about the location and timings of people being tracked during the marathon. What a waste of time and money!!

I never write reviews for Apps but this one is such poor quality that whoever paid the developers for this needs to realise. It is absolutely terrible. Hard to navigate and for the main purpose anyone would have downloaded it (to track runners) it does not work at all. Shockingly bad.

Tried to use app to track my daughter in law and friend. Completely useless……it just doesn’t work Such a shame. Could get their names and numbers up pressed track and it brings them up at the start on the map but that was it they stayed at the start and they have been running for 45 mins…
