No live tv
Why won’t the app play on screen lock. The old version did. I’m paying monthly for this service and it’s not good enough.

It no longer lets you watch streamed games you have paid and are eligible for, just a blank grey screen. Better off login in to the website. Garbage and has been for a while, yet no one fixes it.
Can find anything you want, freezes regularly, requires relentless logging in. It’s useless.
The last update has caused the RobinsTV to stop playing when the screen locks on my phone. This never used to happen. I like to listen to the match on my phone when I can’t get there & this has really hindered my enjoyment. I feel like I may have to stop paying my subscription as I currently can’t relax and listen when using it. Such a shame but hopefully an update will be coming??
I pay monthly to view Robins tv. The last few games the screen has been blank and I cannot hear anything. It appears the app was updated 3 weeks ago so it’s likely this change has caused this. I am paying £25 a month, I am wasting my money but worse I am hugely frustrated and disappointed at not being able to see the games. What are you doing to sort this out?
Since the latest update iPad version won’t play live robins tv matches.
Does not work points do not go on. Make orders and no points added chase the team told it’s been done but still nothing. Rubbish rewards app that does not work
