I like the app overall but l would like to see improvements made to the "Bill Pay" section. I prefer to see the bills that are being paid listed in order of when they are due i.e. if a bill is scheduled to be paid today, it is at the top of the list. Then the bills scheduled to be paid tomorrow are listed next, and so on. Thank you.
As a former Capcom customer, I was confident in the merger. Until I downloaded the app. Current balance and available balance never makes sense, and the pending transactions do not show in the available balance as it should. Yes, I can click in the account and do the math, but usually it does that itself. Please update to show pending transactions in the available balance like usual banks/credit unions do.
It seems to be having a hard time finding the saved password. And once I pick it the password field still shows blank until I click someplace on the screen and trigger a screen “refresh” or “redraw”.

It’s one big mess never in my life have I met anything merging like this and happening? It’s a nightmare. I have taken my five accounts out elsewhere. I am done.
The logging off needs to be fixed takes for ever to either log off or will just hang.
Was forced to use the new app after the conversion was finalized. This app is awful. I hate that it does not show you your true account balance. To figure out how much money you actually have you have to click into each account and then subtract anything that is pending. It also does not show everything, where the capcom app showed any transaction right away. If I wanted to do math to see how much money I have in my account I would just check my checkbook. This is super inconvenient when on the go. The layout is god awful. I hate that all accounts show on the same page.

Don’t understand your reason on why you do it like you do when it was always correct before! For instance, apartment rent as dining and restaurant ($1,712) and HOA Dues as charity giving ($200). Probably minor to some people but annoying to me. Otherwise, what I’ve been doing far is good. Every time I try to pick a nickname it’s already taken. Been trying for about 10 minutes now. Getting really annoyed.
