Updated review.
After an initial 1 star rating I have updating to 5 stars. Initially it seems the process to download is related to the specific brochure layout and pixel. There is an option which after a while I finally figured out allows one to save at a lower resolution allowing shared content or sharing the brochure way easier. I finally did manage to reach the owner and they been very active providing feedback and valuable insight. I have subsequently purchase an annual membership and on number 3 of my new projects. Value for one this is a great app
